A Consumer Survey Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing market research activities to gather insights on consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
• Oversee the execution of surveys from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to identify key survey objectives.
• Analyze survey results quantitatively using statistical software or tools to uncover key insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Present survey results to management highlighting the business implications.
• Stay updated with market research trends and tools to optimize survey strategies.
• Identify new opportunities to apply consumer insights to drive business growth.
• Education: Master’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, survey management, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools (SPSS).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills to interpret and visualize data trends.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills to handle multiple surveys and deadlines simultaneously.
