The Project Manager (Project Based) is responsible for overseeing team performance, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing project status reports to ensure targets are met.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Control regularly monitor team performances to achieve targets set SLA
• Coordinate with Team Leaders / Team Members in the framework of implementation of policies and rules to each team
• Communicate and coordinate with IT team and other project stake holder
• Manage periodical project status report creation (with Project Admin) and to present it to the customer
• Improving some initiative for problem solving that has been going

คุณสมบัติ

• S1/D3 degree major in Computer/Informatics/Telecommunication
• Good personal communication skill
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Good spirit to work and achieve target.
• Good working knowledge of computer application
• Have a good knowledge about SDLC/ SLA
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience as a Project Manager in banking, Financial Insurance/ Leasing, Telco.
• Understanding one or several Project Management Frameworks like PMBPO
• Know & understand SDLC (system development life cycle)
• Having skills in using PL / SQL or SQL Server Management (once a developer or tester would be a plus value)
• Core Application (experience as a Java / Net Senior Developer)
• Experience as a Senior Developer
• Understand to do System Enhancement
