His creation became very popular and he soon opened a coffee shop. Mr.Chirah Chiralerspong started serving snacks to complement his beverages -peanuts coated with coffee. They were quickly in demand and people even bought them as gifts and souvenirs. He opened a factory in 1962. In 1978, it moved to Bangkok to focus on its instant coffee portfolio and stopped creating snacks. In 1992, Mr. Chirah Chiralerspong’s daughter gave coffee coated peanuts a new lease of life by setting up a company called Lily Tobeka to create nutritious, delicious and unique snacks. Original recipes include coconut, milk, soy sauce, tom yum, wasabi and many more. Lily Tobeka also began producing a range of crackers using traditional Japanese technology. Lily Tobeka has high quality, the best ingredients and truly unique flavors.

The Export Sales Executive/Supervisor (Snacks) is responsible for managing key accounts in Asia, Australia, and the USA, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the key accountability (Asia, Australia, USA), contact customers to get a better understanding of their needs includes product information/ development/ quality within a time frame.
• Provide quotations and/or arrange samples to customers, follow up and negotiate the price and close business deals.
• Responsible for product sales activities to achieve committed targets.
• Monitor shipment delivery status and bill payment with customers and issue internal document such as PO, MEMO and forms.
• Handle and organize customer requirement or complaints to solve the issues, including preparing preventive measures and documents.
• Cooperate and communicate with relevant departments for an effective collaboration.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales.
• Experienced in Food business/ manufacturer and exporter is advantage.
• Sales oriented attitude and strong proactive skills are required.
• Critical thinking, communication and negotiation skills are preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English.
