เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการค้าจะทำงานในวันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์ โดยมีหน้าที่หลักในการวิจัยและพัฒนาลูกค้า รวมถึงการเจรจาและจัดการคำสั่งซื้อให้กับลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์ หยุดอาทิตย์ เวลาทำการ: 8.00 น. ~ 17.00 น
• สามารถวิจัยและพัฒนาลูกค้าเชิงรุก โดยเน้นการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์การพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับบริษัทในไต้หวัน ญี่ปุ่น และไทย
• เจรจากับลูกค้าและเสนอราคาผลิตภัณฑ์บรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการตามแพลตฟอร์มใบเสนอราคาของบริษัทตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และส่งให้หัวหน้างานเพื่อยืนยัน
• หลังจากตกลงราคากับลูกค้าแล้ว ให้ทำสัญญาซื้อขาย ลงนามและประทับตราเพื่อยืนยัน และสร้างใบสั่งขายบน ERP
• เอาใจใส่และติดตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าแต่ละรายอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ปริมาณ และการจัดส่งในวันที่ตกลงกัน
• ดำเนินการกระทบยอดลูกค้า การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และการกู้คืนการชำระเงินในเวลาที่เหมาะสมหลังการส่งมอบ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
คุณสมบัติ
• เพศหญิง-ชายไม่จำกัดเพศ วุฒิปริญญาตรี
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีเทคนิคในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า
• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์Microsoft Officeเป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน,ไทย,อังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ภาษาจีนได้HSK5 ขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ สามารถขับรถได้
• มีความกระตือรือร้น ความรับผิดชอบ
