The Supervisor Sales position involves guiding and supervising the daily customer maintenance work of business representative personnel movements, managing the distribution network, and enhancing market promotion and expansion work.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for guiding and supervising the daily customer maintenance work of business representative personnel movements in real-time
• Responsible for the education and management of business representatives in the assigned area, timely communicate and arrange tasks and meeting spirits disseminated by the company, and strive to build the sales team ; responsible for the internal allocation and assessment of business representatives in the region, motivating their enthusiasm.
• Plan and manage the existing distribution network and work on the distribution and development of dealers in the assigned area.
• Guide business representatives to deepen the secondary network on the basis of stabilizing the planning and development of primary dealers, cooperating with dealers to perfect the expansion work of the secondary network.
• Lead business representatives in maintaining market operational order, controlling the behavior of dealers selling at low prices across regions.
• Coordinate business representatives to understand product information, and gather information on professional markets and competitive products.
• Develop engineering projects, visit and follow up with developers, contractors, municipal units, and functional units.
• Supervise business representatives to enhance market promotion and expansion work, improving assessment scores.
• Assist customer with daily company business interactions, including conveying the latest products information, company sales activities, and various company policies.
• Actively communicate with superiors, feedback relevant market and customer information.

• Bachelor Degree
• Min 5 years experience on Pipeline / building material head sales
• Good communication skills
