As a Technical Sales Specialist in Fertilizer & Animal Feeds, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing sales strategies, and building relationships to drive business growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Directly report to NKAM
• Well understood product technical knowledge to better serve and identify customer needs and expectation
• Making short term sales strategy for derivative products
• Building good relationship with customer
• Business development with new customer especially in fertilizer & other value added segment
• Negotiate the best alternative as a win win the solution with the customer – maximize product value added
• Collaborate well with other division
• Assist & collaborate with Derivatives Sales Manager to generate monthly report to Management
• Meet the management expectation to achieve the given sales target ( volume & selling price)

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 4 years of working experience as sales supervisor / area sales manager
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators ( KPIs)
• Willing to travel frequently to various locations nation wide
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English is preferred
• Good Communication, analytical thinking, result oriented attitude and strategic thinking
• Experience in the management of dealers & end user ( key account management)
• Independent way of working and openness to further education and growth
• Good commercial skill ( selling, negotiating & closing)
• Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java
