The Senior Customer Experience Executive at Leo Self Storage is responsible for interacting with customers, processing inquiries, and maintaining records to enhance customer service efficiency.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services through social media channels.
• Keep records & follow up of customer interactions and transactions.
• Data collection and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, customer data.
• Updating database and monthly report.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Perform other related/additional assignments when needed.
• Self-motivate and pro-active to reach team monthly target & goal.
• Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily.
คุณสมบัติ
• 3 Years Experience in customer service or marketing is a plus.
• Able to work independently at fast working pace.
• Good command in English and computer skill.
