หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Full P&L responsibility for its categories scope, including revenue / margin / wastage / other supplier income / etc.
• Develop and execute optimal category strategies, pricing, promotions plan, range, availability, and cost prices
• Work with suppliers / vendors base to negotiate terms, secure advertising spends, develop new incentive programs, and ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our fulfilment warehouses / centers
• Make data-driven decision to drive its categories
• Work closely with related departments (Sourcing, Traffic, Platform, etc.) Teams to forecast demand and ensure consistent supply
• Partner with Supply Chain Team to manage inventory levels and wastage
• Work cross functionally with Technology, Operations and Marketing to deliver strategic projects allowing Lazada to offer the best customer experience
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree
• 4-8 years’ experience in merchandising / buying in a Retail environment with strong connections to related suppliers
• Sharp business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external)
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
