The candidate is expected to be a creative multi-tasker supporting the Lazada Social team in the following:
• Create, implement and oversee social media buying aligned to the social media strategy
• Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and reporting – including recommendations for improvement and continuous optimization through A/B testing of creatives
• Responsible for media reports to internal stakeholders and post-mortem campaigns’ sharing on media performance, and areas of improvement
• Effective and comprehensive cross-department collaboration with other marketing functions for robust Go-To-Market plans

Requirements/Qualifications (must have)
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of media buying in an agency or brand; and well versed in Facebook Business Manager / X ads manager / Tiktok Media Ads Manager
• Familiar with third party engagement tools for analytics and social listening, such as Emplfi, BrandWatch/Digimind
• Able to review social media activation campaign proposals with high attention to detail and provide clear feedback that leads to improvement to quality of output without impacting functionality and budget
• Innate knack social media, content creation, and understanding of marketing
• Good communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
