The Specialist - Compliance Governance and Planning is responsible for ensuring that banking operations comply with regulatory requirements and for advising on compliance matters.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Execute specific assignments to meet Banking & Securities Regulatory Compliance’s objectives
• Monitor bank operations to ensure compliance in accordance with rules and regulations of BOT, OIC, SEC, SET, and other supervisory authorities
• Follow up on changes in rules and regulations of BOT, OIC, SEC, SET, and other supervisory authorities, analyze the impacts and present to the management team for approval execution
• Provide advice to functional units on compliance in accordance with rules and regulations of BOT and OIC
• Participate in the design process of new banking products and business
• Communicate and educate relevant employees / functional units about rules and regulations or tendency of changes in rules and regulations of BOT and OIC
• Coordinate BOT, OIC, SEC, SET, and other supervisory authorities for other relevant tasks
• Prepare reports for management and external regulators as requested
• Complete other duties which were assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Proficient in English.
