Risk and Governance Division at Krom Bank Indonesia is opening opportunities for fresh graduates to support team in various strategical and administrative activities. Main focus of this program are to provide practical experience in managing operational risk and anti-fraud, also to develop administrative skills that support efficient work processes.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation.
• Assist the BCM Champion in preparing regular reports on BCP readiness and operational risk mitigation.
• Assist in preparing RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) result reports, e.g., heat maps, progress reports, etc., for the Bank's internal stakeholders.
• Document risk data, controls, and mitigation plans in risk management tools or platforms.
• Assisting in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data related to fraud detection activities.
• Assisting in documenting analysis methodologies and workflows to ensure accountability and ease of reference in the future.
• Assisting in the creation of anomaly detection dashboards for the Anti-Fraud team, particularly in data cleansing and wrangling.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates or final-year students from Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic skills in data management (Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL).
• Initial understanding of Risk and Governance Frameworks and Anti-Fraud Principles.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail in handling documents.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and highly initiative-driven.
• Able to work both in teams and independently.
