หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitor and review overdue loans.
• Track payment statuses, and identify accounts that are at risk of default or have become delinquent.
• Generate reports on outstanding balances and past-due accounts.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to recover overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as legal, compliance, and operations) to escalate accounts and to recover overdue payments.
• Coordinate with external collection agencies or legal firms for difficult-to-collect accounts.
• Assess and evaluate the credit risk of delinquent accounts, based on payment history and other relevant factors.
• Provide recommendations for the write-off of bad debts or initiate legal proceedings for recovery.
• Evaluate the impact of delinquent accounts on the bank's overall risk exposure and financial health.
• Analyze collection data and customer behavior patterns to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on collections activities, recovery rates, and aged debt to inform management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections performance, including recovery rates and delinquency ratios.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to industry regulations and ensure that the bank's collection practices align with legal requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the bank’s loan servicing, credit risk, legal, and finance departments to streamline collection efforts and resolve complex cases.
• Coordinate with underwriting teams to assess new credit applications and identify high-risk applicants.
• Continuously assess and refine the bank's collections processes to enhance efficiency and recovery rates.
• Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and technologies used in collections to reduce delinquencies.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or accounts receivable, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Certifications in banking or financial services would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to generate advanced data insights and reports.
• Ability to work with large datasets to identify trends in payment behavior, collections performance, and customer demographics.
• Experience with customer relationship management tools like banking-specific CRM systems.
