The Collection Trainer Manager is responsible for analyzing the collection team's needs and providing training and coaching to enhance employee performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Analyzing overall collection team needs based on competency, skill gap, and business updates as required.
• Provides various types of training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Ensure a smooth process for the new joiner to understand and demonstrate the correct usage of work tools, best practices, and do's & don'ts.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess a bachelor's diploma.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer or experience in quality assurance, knowledge management, manpower management, or similar positions.
• Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong compliance sense and knowledge in working policies, procedures, and rules of the collection process.
