The Sr Mgr RTR Core Business position is located at Menara Mandiri and is part of Kraft Heinz, an Equal Opportunity Employer.
• Manage the RTR (Record to Report) process for the core business.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Provide insights and analysis to support business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in RTR or similar finance roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
