We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and assist with recruitment efforts in Medan and surrounding areas. This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a full-time role if performance is strong.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist in recruitment for operational staff across Medan, North Sumatera, Siantar, Binjai, Aceh, and Pekanbaru.
• Conduct daily walk-in interviews for operations staff at our Medan location.
• Support in advertising job openings on platforms such as Instagram, JobStreet, and collaboration with Disnaker.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, and help in the hiring process.

คุณสมบัติ

• Psychology (or any related major) student in 3rd or 4th year of studies or fresh graduate with an interest in HR or recruitment (previous internship in HR is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
