General Affairs Specialist

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist in arranging travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation for employees.
• Ensure that travel arrangements comply with company policies and budgets.
• Hands on in building managements and ensure that relevant safety procedures are met.
• Coordinate with the Facility department and National Electricity Company (PLN) on electricity matters.
• Ensure that the offices complies with health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Organize safety drills (e.g., fire drills) and provide staff with safety training or emergency response procedures.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety records for the organization.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Provide administrative support to HR, management, and other departments as needed.
• Prepare reports related to office operations, facilities maintenance, and procurement activities (if any).
• Manage internal communication and handle routine administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and organizing documentation.
• Coordinate office relocations or renovations, if necessary.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in General Affairs functions.
• Certifications in HSE/ K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja)/ HSE certification is a plus.
• Experience in compliance or safety management may be beneficial.
• Effective communication in English.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capable of maintaining accurate records and schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with employees and external parties.
• Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions, particularly related to facilities.
