Kopi Kenangan is seeking a talented individual to champion sustainability/ESG as part of its rapidly expanding coffee chain with over 950 retail outlets across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The ideal candidate should have experience in formulating ESG strategy and managing corporate communications.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Formulate ESG Policies: Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies that align with the company’s goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Set ESG Goals: Establish clear, measurable ESG goals and objectives for environmental performance, social responsibility, and governance practices.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Lead initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of the company’s operations. This includes waste reduction, energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable sourcing of ingredients.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Prepare and manage environmental reports and disclosures, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainability.
• Community Engagement: Develop, implement, and promote programs that positively impact local communities, such as philanthropy, volunteerism, and support for local suppliers.
• Employee Well-being: Ensure practices that promote a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace. This includes health and safety programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Consumer Relations: Address consumer concerns related to social responsibility, including product safety, ethical sourcing, and transparency in lab.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree Holder with at least 5 years working experience of which 3 years must be in ESG strategy development and project management and corporate communications.
• Preferably with hands-on experience in managing media relations, including crafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the general public.
• Proven record of managing multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different departments and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze communication metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to adjust communication strategies in response to changing circumstances or emerging trends.
• Innovative thinking to develop unique and effective communication campaigns that capture the audience’s attention.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communication materials.
• Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to communicate in English effectively in a diverse environment.
