หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design and develop unique store concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the customer journey.
• Work closely with design studio, contractor, and other parties involved to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Choose materials, colors, and finishes that reflect the brand's aesthetic and contribute to a positive customer experience. Also oversee construction and installation.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in retail design and technology. Evaluate the effectiveness of store designs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Proficient in aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve goals within the specified timeline.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in offline store design
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Can easily adapt to the workplace environment
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering, Photoshop
• Experienced in beauty retail would be an advantage
• Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit
• Someone who is creative, open-minded and able to bring ideas to life
