The Sales Supervisor position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent, along with relevant experience in sales, particularly in the food industry or FMCG.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market presence.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent, with min. IPK 2.75 from reputable university.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent in a Food Industry / FMCG (would be an advantage).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP.
• Strong leadership and managerial skill.
• Excellent communication skill to interact successfully within your network, interpersonal skill, proactive, ability to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within target and deadline.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
