คุณสมบัติ
• วุฒิปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด,ขาย,บริหารธุรกิจ
• ปริญญาตรีต้องเคยผ่านงานในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติก (Flexible Packaging, Graveer Printing, PVC Shink Label) ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
• ปวส. ต้องเคยผ่านงานในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติก (Flexible Packaging, Graveer Printing, PVC Shink Label) ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีไหวพริบปฏิภาณ มีจิตสำนึกในการให้บริการ
• มักทักษะด้านการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และมีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ( Product knowledge ) และกระบวนการผลิตสินค้า
• มีความรู้ระบบการพิมพ์ Offset Printing, Gravure Printing, Flexography Printing
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบการผลิต Dry lamination and Extrusion lamination
• มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของฟิล์มบรรจุภัณฑ์
• มีความรู้เรื่องการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกำรจัดทำ Report เพื่อนำเสนอผลงานการขาย
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกำรจัดการระบบ ERP
• ข้อมูลของตลาด เช่น คู่แข่งขัน และข้อมูลลูกค้า ระบบการเก็บหนี้
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และชักจูง และโน้มน้าวผู้อื่น
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
• มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
• มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอสินค้า
• สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
