The Export Import Assistant Manager will be responsible for handling shipment documents, coordinating logistics operations, negotiating with buyers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Handling shipment documents for export and import
• Managing technical issues in the field and coordinating trucking operations for loading and unloading activities
• Recording export and import administration
• Negotiating and communicating with buyers to schedule export and import deliveries
• Communicating with the Ministry of Trade and Customs
• Providing inventory/slot data
• Calculating and analyzing export and import needs
• Maintaining inventory levels effectiveness towards sales
• Providing solutions to sales-related issues
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum D3 degree in any field
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Bekasi, West Java
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding
• Understanding of the business processes of transportation service companies (export and import logistics)
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a plus
• International network for export and import logistics
