The Data Architect position in Bangkok involves developing and enhancing the enterprise-wide data strategy to support corporate objectives, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to optimize data resource utilization.
• Develop, design, and enhance the enterprise-wide data strategy to support corporate objectives.
• Establish a framework to ensure data integrity across the business.
• Create and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts (e.g., Entity Relationship Models, data dictionaries) to improve data traceability.
• Define and implement key performance measures for data integration and quality.
• Generate monthly and quarterly performance-based incentive compensation reports for sales teams.
• Design, build, and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Enforce policies to safeguard the security and integrity of company databases and applications (including ERP, CRM, BI, Data Warehouse, etc.).
• Ensure that the Data Architecture strategy and roadmap align with business and technology objectives.
• Provide technical oversight for solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of Data Governance practices and advocate for data standards.
• Promote data security principles and embed security practices in the data strategy.
• Support end-users with a deep understanding of company systems.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and third-party suppliers to enhance data resource utilization.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years in BI and analytics, specializing in designing and building interactive dashboards.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL Server, Excel, BI tools).
• Expertise in Microsoft O365 and SharePoint, with strong capabilities in data management and integration.
• Proficient in building complex data models for effective visualization and data interpretation best practices.
• Relevant training or certifications in data governance, data management, or related fields are a plus.
• Understand industry and enhance the effectiveness of data solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for data challenges.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
• Continuous learning, proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong eagerness to develop new skills and enhance expertise in data architecture and related technologies.
• Good English Communication Skills (or TOEIC 650).
