We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based solutions. This role involves creating robust decentralized systems, writing and auditing smart contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring blockchain innovation to life.

Blockchain Solution Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain protocols.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using blockchain frameworks and tools.

System Architecture:
• Architect and implement scalable blockchain systems that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of blockchain implementations.

Integration:
• Integrate blockchain technologies with existing applications and infrastructure.
• Develop APIs and interfaces to support seamless interaction with blockchain networks.

Performance Optimization:
• Optimize blockchain systems for speed, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in performance or functionality.

Security:
• Ensure robust security measures are in place to prevent vulnerabilities and hacks.
• Conduct smart contract audits and implement best practices for secure coding.

Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated on blockchain advancements and identify opportunities for adoption of new technologies.
• Explore and prototype emerging trends like Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and NFTs.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

คุณสมบัติ

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years specializing in blockchain development.
• Proven track record of successful blockchain projects, including smart contracts, dApps, or protocol development.

Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, or Hyperledger.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and decentralized architectures.
• Experience with blockchain development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, or Ethers.js.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services.
• Ability to conduct smart contract audits.

Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with DeFi protocols, Layer 2 solutions, or NFT development.
• Contributions to blockchain open-source projects or community initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in blockchain technologies.
