We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Specialist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization of LLM-based solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific applications.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement, test, and optimize LLM-based APIs and applications.
• Collaborate with product owners to identify requirements and define use cases.
• Stay updated on the latest LLM research, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on LLM work.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, embeddings, and tokenization methods.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Deep expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs for complex use cases.
• Experience with scaling LLMs for production in enterprise environments.
