The Research Analyst - Consumer & Product Insight position involves gathering and analyzing consumer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Gather data from various sources, including sales data, market research, and digital marketing platforms.
• Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative consumer insights.
• Analyze survey results, other data points and provide recommendations all the way to Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the team to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, market research, and consumer behavior as well as continuously seek ways to improve data collection methods and analysis processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' work experiences of Research Analyst.
• Working experience in consumer/market research in FMCG is preferred.
• Good communication & Presentation skill, written and spoken in English.
• Skill in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to deliver high quality in the set timeline.
• New fresh graduated are welcome.
