The Sales Executive position in Pekanbaru is responsible for achieving sales targets by expanding business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for sales achievement in Pekanbaru area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunity within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by up selling and cross selling.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts.
• Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
• Having 3-4 years working experience in Sales, with the last position as Area Sales Supervisor.
• Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products.
• Posses strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill.
