Kanmo Group was formed in 2005 as a subsidiary of the K. Aloomall Group focusing on retail distribution in Indonesia and the Indian sub-continent.
Brands under the Group include Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, Gingersnaps, Justice, COACH, Karen Millen, Coast, Women’secret, Thomas Sabo, Nike Young Athletes, Wilio, Havaianas & Travel Gallery.
With over 13 years of operations, Kanmo Group operates nearly 200 stores in Indonesia with a market leadership position in kids and baby segment, serving tens of thousands of customers monthly. The group has since extended its retail portfolio to include brands in fashion and accessories category, grown it's distribution business and added travel retail to it's growing portfolio. In 2017, Kanmo expanded it's retail presence in footwear by acquiring the sole distributorship of the global brand Havaianas and launch of the concept footwear store for kids, Wilio.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for sales achievement in North Sumatera area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts
• Identify new sales opportunity within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by up selling and cross selling
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts.
• Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
• Having 3-4 years working experience in Sales, with the last position as Area Sales Supervisor.
• Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products.
• Posses strong written and verbal communication in English
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill.
