Solve the technical problem, process, and process design of various prototypes and mass-production control.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Research and analyze customer drawings before developing new products, understand the special characteristics (Special Characteristic) requirements of customer products, and conduct cost assessment and process assessment;
• Responsible for the formulation and improvement of product receiving standards, process costs, and operation instructions (SOP & WI) for each process, and provide clear and accurate production data;
• Responsible for submitting qualified samples and sample materials according to customer requirements;
• Responsible for the process, processing methods, and record analysis and summary of problems encountered during the sample production process. Transfer of new product introduction (NPI) and convening of pre-mass production meetings;
• Assist various departments to solve production abnormalities (Troubleshooting), conduct cause analysis and follow-up summary;
• Lead contact and resolve issues related to the factory's external technology, and quality issues, participate in supplier guidance, review, judgment, and preliminary proofing verification;
• Formulation and improvement of BOM, Routing, CP, FMEA, and other related documents;
• Assist managers to publicize quality policies and complete the company's quality objectives;

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in machinery, electromechanical or related fields.
• Knowled and skill of CNC Programing (turning and milling).
• Mechanical drawing experience, proficiency in using CAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D,3D software, and experience in product surface treatment.
• NPI experience for transform the drawings to SOP.
• At Least 3 years of experience in hardware product process engineering CNC turning and CNC milling.
• Requires English reading and writing skills, and needs to communicate with customers via email to resolve issues.
• 5S training; ISO/TS basic knowledge; ISO9001:2005/IATF16949:2016 standard knowledge.
• Thai Nationality.
