An opportunity has arisen for the Sales Manager to join the Jumeirah Bali family, focusing on MICE business, especially Incentive & Social events groups, to establish market presence, drive revenue, and ensure high standards of service and quality.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Proactively identify and acquire new group business through targeted prospecting and relationship-building.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to position Jumeirah Bali as the top choice for high-end group events, leveraging the property's unique offerings.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to attract government and embassy delegations.
• Organize and lead impactful site inspections, presentations, and FAM trips to highlight the resort's features and suitability for group needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key government agencies, embassies, corporate clients, and trade partners ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with the Revenue and Marketing Teams to design packages and offers that appeal to the targeted segments.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Events to ensure seamless planning and execution of group bookings, meeting client expectations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies, ensuring a competitive edge.
• Provide exceptional client service by understanding and addressing specific group requirements, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
• Represent Jumeirah Bali at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts, analyzing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates with MICE/Corporate.
