JULO is seeking a highly motivated Senior Growth Analyst to support its growth ambitions by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with stakeholders.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Gain an in-depth understanding of JULO's products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in creating reports and monitoring tools.
• Analyze historical data to optimize business metrics, enhance tracking, and boost user engagement.
• Conduct research using both historical and secondary data to identify growth opportunities within the industry.
• Design, track, and implement experiments to drive business growth.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and continuously monitor the performance based on those recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in analytics related fields.
• Experience working in financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Experience in using SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues across different functions.
• Interest in fintech and high level of curiosity.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
