The Tooling Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overseeing tooling processes, managing the tooling team, and ensuring quality standards are met while providing technical support and resolving issues.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to tooling processes and equipment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and prepare reports to evaluate departmental effectiveness.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving tooling-related issues during production, providing technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for tooling, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage with tooling suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of tooling components.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and service.
• Develop and manage the tooling department budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
• Lead and manage the tooling team, including engineers and technicians.
• Manage daily operations of department to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Tool, Tool and Die, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field)
• 7 years of experience in tool and Re-grinding in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficient in CAD software and tooling, principles, strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Good command in English.
