หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดำเนินการจัดอบรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
• สามารถวางแผนและออกแบบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารข้อมูลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ เพื่อสร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในองค์กรได้
• จัดกิจกรรมที่เสริมสร้างความผูกพันต่อพนักงานที่มีต่อหน่วยงาน องค์กร หรือกำหนดกิจกรรมตามเทศกาลต่างๆได้
• สามารถวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและจัดเตรียมความพร้อมของการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆให้กับพนักงาน รวมถึงงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ดี
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขานันทนาการ สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 0 - 1 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
• ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
• มีทักษะในการนำกิจกรรม หรือเคยเป็นพิธีกร MC สามารถแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้าได้
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร กล้าแสดงออก
