As a Customer Success Manager, you will be proactively driving adoption and retention, building relationships with customers, and ensuring they receive the services needed for maximum impact.

• Proactively drive adoption and retention.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Ensure customers receive the services they need to achieve maximum impact.
• Work in coordination with the Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
