In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, auditing, and overseeing safety and health programs and procedures based on IMPRES management system approaches to safeguard employees and ensure that IFX is compliant with regulations and internal standards as well as customer commitments.

In your new role you will:
• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and enhance company OHS performance.
• Safety Policy Development and Implementation: Maintain safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Risk Assessment and Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards, threats, and vulnerabilities in the workplace, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent a recurrence.
• Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, monitor compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety plans, and first aid response.
• Training and Education: Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response plans, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure they are equipped to work safely.

คุณสมบัติ

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related HSE major.
• 1-3 year experience in an environment, health, and safety role. First graduate is welcome to apply.
• Familiar with the manufacturing process, preferably from a semiconductor or electronic manufacturing background.
• Certified in AK3 Umum by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Knowledge of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, Fire Protection system and accident investigation.
• Capable of operating MS Windows & MS Office.
• Fluent in business English communication, both written and spoken.
• Team player and good communication and interpersonal skills.
