RESPONSIBLE to DEFINE, DEVELOP & REVIEW to CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING in the Network operation of RAN and transport to manage network service within a defined SLA, mitigate the risk and ensure the availability, Risk, efficiency and process to achieve the department’s objectives in operation and maintenance with the objective of increasing the network performance and customer experience based on KPI and target of company and division.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
As the Site Owner Verification, this role will do:
• Supervision on:
• KPI Network Performance in North Sumatera area (include Banda Aceh)
• Direct Managed Services (MS) team members on the daily activities
• Operation:
• Monitor, maintain, coordination with to both internal and external team to meet high standard on KPI Network Performance and Quality; Network Availability Improvement; and Low Site Issue Revenue
• Coordination with related team and vendor for preparation related Claim insurance Network Recovery theft-force majeur, RAN & Microwave and ISR Validation, LTOA, 2G Uplift repetitive/chronicle, termination, site relocation, recreate New ISR
• Sales Support
• Risk Management
• Report: Control and manage the regular/daily/weekly/monthly dashboard RAN, Transport operations & quality.
• External Relationship: Act as company representative for external parties according to its related function, such as: coordination with vendor and government
Deliverables expectation:
• Strategic plan for network operation
• Strategic plan for network improvement
• Strategic plan for high in continuity of service of network assurance
คุณสมบัติ
Requirements:
• Min. University Degree (S1) with major study in Electrical / Telecommunication/Industry Engineering.
• Min. 3 years’ experience working in network operation and performance area – telecom industry
• Knowledge and solid experience in handling RAN, Microwave and Transport Technology with multi tools brand such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE
• English fluency and computer literacy (advance in Microsoft excel) is a must
• Having experience in Project Management and leading teams from multi vendors
• Exemplify strong attention to detail and excellent communication skill
• Having knowledge and ability of customer complaint management
