The role will handle West Java area in Partner Store Channel for Postpaid product.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring Sales & Development (Postpaid) in Partner Store Channel.
• Monitoring/tracking Partner Store Productivity and end-to-end Operations (Sales & Development).
• Monitoring our partner Profit & Loss and collaborating with other functions (HQ/other groups/regions/partners) to ensure business processes in Partner Store Channel.
• New Channel Development for Partner Store Channel (New Partnership with local partner, end-to-end responsible to babysitting on-boarding store).
• Supervise People Skill for RCE Partner Store, Promoters Partner Store and all subordinate.
• Responsible for store and subordinate performance (Absence, sales, productivity, coaching and mentoring, product knowledge, promotion understanding, and other related indicators).
• Responsible for setting a strategy in line with vendor goals, interpret results and trends to maximize sales and profitability by manage Partner’s Project Manager, Sales Supervisor and Sales Promotor.
• Ensure operational excellence and GTM well-executed in Partner Store Channel.
• Ensure RCE Partner store to monitor/execute Morning Briefing with all Sales Agent/Promoters (daily basis).
• Responsible Stock Management in Partner Store Channel.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
• Min. 3 years of Postpaid sales experience with experience in Retail Chain (Branded Device Store).
• Having knowledge of Postpaid business model and sales methodology.
• Good networking and engagement in Partnership.
• Proven leadership skill, at least for managing 3rd party vendor/partner.
• Good English, oral and written would be preferable.
• Good Communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills.
• Good Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with target-oriented approach and adaptable in fast pace dynamic.
• Customer focused and a partner advocate.
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Willingness to commute actively is highly needed for this role, thus having driver license A / C would be preferable.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung office and contract based.
