This role primary responsibilities revolve around supporting Sumatera Sales and Marketing functions.

• Managing business insights and providing robust Sales and Distribution (S&D) and marketing data analytics, developing insights by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales execution improvement
• Gather internal and external data to enhance, provide and maintaining regular daily, weekly, and monthly S&D KPI performance reports to improve S&D future performance
• Do business forecasts, team ISC performance tracking and partner incentive calculations, management and payment
• Collaborating with lots of people both internal and external organization to aim data clearance for effective and efficient group's decision making
คุณสมบัติ
• Min. S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably S2 graduate, with major in IT/Engineering/Economics.
• Min. 5 years of experience in telecommunication industry, with related role in sales analytic / reporting / commercial finance.
• Preferably had various assignments in different functions in Marketing/Sales functions
• Good understanding of the telco Sales & Distribution in Indonesia
• Experienced in leading cross functional teams and ownerships of major cross functional projects
• Excellent reporting skills and data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experienced with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, especially in English
• Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatera
