The HSE Assistant Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of environmental and K3 systems within the company, ensuring compliance and accuracy of related documentation.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the implementation of environmental and K3 management systems in the company
• Responsible for the accuracy and validity of all documents and data related to the environmental and K3 management system and compliance with other requirements applied by the company
• Responsible for the implementation of Kaizen and other regulations set by the company
• Responsible for the annual work plan and operational budget

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree from Environmental Engineering / HSE / Public Health or related field
• Min. 7 years experience in the same role, preferably from manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, Proper, Ecovadis
• Able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good analytical thinking with good decision-making skills and leadership
• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java
