The Customer Relations Manager at Jakarta Garden City will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving a customer-focused culture while supporting business competence and operational goals.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure the customer focus and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local action plan that is operationally implemented and fulfilled and ensure the building of business competence by supporting managers and team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
• Drive a customer-focused culture throughout the complete market and secure an overall inspiring shopping experience where it is always for customers easy to shop and responsible for identifying and removing hindrances in order to secure an easy buying experience, a positive shopping experience and easy payment and after-sales fulfilment.
• Support commercial initiatives and priorities before, during and after the shopping experience.
• Optimise the customer journey from end to end in order to secure outstanding customer satisfaction and increased business growth.
• Provide meaningful customer insights, with the ability to influence and inspire the commercial team to continuously improve the customer experiences.
• Establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders (including customer support) and external partners in order to protect operational standards and help safeguard the IKEA culture.
• Plan and determine which departmental resources and investments are required in order to achieve operational.

• Understanding of business and a background, experienced in creating and implementing mid-term plans, setting budgets also following up goals, problem-solving and conflict-management, and proven record/experience of developing people and organizations.
• Proven experience leading & delivering a customer first culture & mindset within the market.
• Self-confident and assertive with the ability to influence through the use of customer insights.
• Experience in utilizing consumer & customer insights to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach and develop people and secure succession to bring together a high-performing team that can contribute to business goals.
• Familiar and able to implement IKEA Values through every aspects of daily activities.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English.
