The Chef De Partie position requires a skilled culinary professional with significant experience and knowledge in food preparation and kitchen management.

• 2+ years of culinary education
• 5+ of experience in a similiar position
• Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices
• Proficient knowledge of human resource management
• Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and public holidays
