หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assisting the commercial team on day-to-day administrative duties.
• Administer various data (including new wins), report, document request, sample request, pricing, other administrative matters of direct account customers and distributors properly to support commercial team in running business operation.
• Assist with Data extractions and analysis for commercial decisions, utilizing Microsoft Excel Pivot or any other relevant tools.
• Communicate effectively with key account customers and distributors to ensure that their projects, sample requests, documentation, and price quotes are properly taken care of.
• Collect necessary data/sample from Operation and Technical Department as requested by commercial team direct customers, and distributors to support them in running their business operation smoothly.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years' related work experience.
• Product knowledge of Food Ingredients (non-technical) and product regulation (general).
• Good communication in both English & Bahasa, and good interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
