หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Understand specific market, customer environment (activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via multi-source) customer decision making criteria, as well as contribute to strategic commercial negotiation.
• Identify prospect and customer opportunities. Develop, communicate and execute high quality account plans and review account strategy annually as part of ideation process.
• Handle Project Management activities such as provide detailed project insights, prepare and coordinate presentation materials, gather customer feedback, communicate project results and update system reports.
• Ensure optimal working capital management and client supply chain objectives, processes, organization and ensure scorecards are well communicated to IFF Operations.
• Gather and foster knowledge building of Competitors Intelligence data on industry, market, consumer and technology from daily interactions with customer or industry network, translate these insights to share with IFF stakeholders.
• Drive personal development, proactively seek and give feedback, partner with Manager to ensure SMART objectives are aligned to the business and a development plan is in place to drive growth.
• Contribute to managing or mentoring Account Executive and Sales Representative.
• Handle P&L Management activities by providing on-going input on sales forecast, monitoring account sales performance, managing budget and expenses, as well as implementing price changes in line with country or regional strategies.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree preferably in Fragrance development, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
• At least 5-6 years Sales or Business development proven track record from Fragrance Industry or, Sales experience in other industries, preferably FMCG or Chemical/Ingredients.
• Ability to deal with financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems.
• Passion in Fragrance portfolio with strong interests in product development, consumers and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI).
• Sound Fragrance or Fine Fragrance knowledge and olfactive skills preferred.
• Good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
