As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

This role will support Digital Change builds the new organization design, behaviors and the change strategies to assure successful implementation.
• Monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organization.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring that staff members embrace the change.

คุณสมบัติ

• Has at least 3 years of experience in change management, preferably within an SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
• Has experience in consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyse client's business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a plus.
