The Maintenance Specialist at Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of all facility systems and equipment through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. The Maintenance Specialist will report directly to the Facilities Manager, collaborating closely with other team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and practices.

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or a related field.
