We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and help us meet production targets by optimizing production processes and maintaining operational efficiency. The Production Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safe and efficient working conditions. • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement innovative production techniques.

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related areas
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
