• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of services provided.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to understand client recruiting needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Promote the company's services and values to clients.
