The Kepala Staf Desain (Chief Design Officer) by Huneety is responsible for leading and overseeing the design team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and visually appealing designs for the company's products and services. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves setting the design strategy, managing design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the company's brand identity and user experience.

• Develop and implement design strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all touchpoints.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring it is reflected in all design materials and communications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, and incorporate them into the company's design processes and outputs.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Manage the design budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design work.
• Build and maintain relationships with external design agencies and freelancers, as needed, to supplement the in-house design team's capabilities.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
