The Industrial Engineer (IE) is responsible for optimizing the company's industrial processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the IE will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
