After Sales/ Service Sales Manager (Machinery and Equipment Industry)

• Achieve CS Order Release and Profit targets for assigned countries to support business growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand customer portfolio.
• Evaluate market potential and create new service solutions with Business Unit specialists.
• Support strategic market development and regional CS strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop CS Team to consistently achieve sales quotas.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, products, and services to introduce new offerings.
• Manage CS product portfolio and lead new products to market success.
• Represent the company in customer discussions and build formal networks with key decision makers.
• Work with Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing and payment for CS services.
• Develop team adherence to company regulations, foster high-performance team culture, and provide training for success.
