Our customer is a global leader in industrial processing machinery. They are presently seeking a Sales Engineer responsible for boosting sales and offering technical expertise for the company's products and solutions. This role will focus on specialized knowledge in meat and poultry processing machinery (+ equipment) and demands prior experience with similar products or clients.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Sales responsibilities for assigned business area in Thailand
• Drive business development for new and existing customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular visits
• Communicate market information to the Regional Sales Manager and team
• Identify projects and opportunities in the market
• Coordinate projects and manage stakeholders until project handover
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and quotations
• Follow the company's guidelines for pricing, contracts, and payment terms
• Manage order intake and price quality
• Provide and consolidate price strategy and market knowledge
• Manage sales budget and forecast
• Utilize CRM tools for effective sales management
• Coordinate with HQ for regional business solutions and needs
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor of Engineering
• 5 years of experience in the process industry
• Sales experience for capital expenditures/ investment goods
• Technical background in the meat and poultry or similar industries is a plus
• Strong technical background with solution selling
• Project management and coordination skills
• Independent, organized and target oriented
• Good written and verbal communication in English (at least intermediate level).
• Eager to learn and constantly seek for professional improvements through technical and other trainings
• Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments
